Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday (Same day dispatch - orders that are received before 4pm).

All UK orders are sent out using DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24hr delivery service.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

International orders - For EU orders - please be aware that United Kingdom is not part of the European Union anymore. Hence, you need to pay tax and duty upon delivery. Your local delivery office will contact you regarding this when they deliver to your door step.

Currently, we don't ship orders outside the EU due to licencing.

Returns

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.

So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email info@cinanime.co.uk to initiate a return.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We will provide you with the returns label by email, for you to print, attach and drop-off at any UK post office.

We will do our best to process your exchange or refund request latest within 8 working days. Refunds will be processed by credit to your credit / debit card.
